The northern shores of Lake Malawi provide some of the most unspoilt and staggering scenes to be found anywhere in Africa. Stand at Livingstonia and see the blue extend for hundreds of miles, so far that you can feel the curvature of the earth. Swim in its clear waters and realise that this 350mile long lake is full of tiny tropical fish. Paint on its shores and enjoy the restfulness of many glorious sunsets and sunrises.

This safari explores the lakeshore, islands, national parks, high plateaux and escarpments of Northern Malawi, using a romantic combination of safari vehicles and lake ferries for our transport.

  • 4 nights on the western shores of Lake Malawi (including Nkhotakhota Potteries)
  • 6 nights in Northern Malawi including Livingstonia Mission, Nyika National Park and Vwaza Marsh Game Reserve
  • 4 nights on the eastern shores of Lake Malawi (Likoma Island and at Manda Wilderness in Mozambique)
  • 1 night in Lilongwe (garden capital of Malawi)

Our prices exclude: -  Airfares from your home country, departure taxes, park entrance fees, optional activities, art materials, personal expenses.

We are happy to arrange your flights for you but offer you the option of sourcing them yourself.
